What do you need to know for your appointment?
Where is G&H Cardiovascular?
G&H cardiovascular has two locations in Hawke’s Bay – Kaweka Hospital in Hastings and Dalton Clinic in Napier.
Hastings:
We are located at 209 Canning Road, Hastings, Hawkes Bay. Your consultation will be held in our new premises in Kaweka Hospital Ward and Specialist Centre. You will find us on the ground floor, by the Pharmacy.
If after your first consultation, you require a procedure, this will be performed in our brand new, bespoke Cath Lab, also located within Kaweka Hospital.
Napier:
We are located at 58 Dalton Street, Napier, Hawke’s Bay. Your consultation will be held in our brand new Art Deco inspired Dalton Clinic.
If after your first consultation, you require a procedure, this will be performed in our brand new, bespoke Cath Lab, also located within Kaweka Hospital.
How can I pay?
We accept all New Zealand Health Insurance companies. Check your policy to see if you can have your appointment and/or procedure covered and ensure you apply for pre-approval.
We are a Southern Cross and NIB preferred provider. If you have a policy with either of these companies, provide us with your policy number and we can claim on your behalf. Please do make sure that your policy includes coverage for the procedures you are receiving.
If you are self funding, or you have partial coverage with your health insurance policy, payment is required on the day. We accept all cards (surcharge on credit) and bank transfers. No cash payments.
What do I need for my appointment?
You will need to fill out a registration form prior to your appointment. To save time, click the link below and fill out your registration form online.
It can be helpful to your practitioner to bring with you any historical clinical notes that may be of relevance, and a list of medications you are currently on.
